- Admission to all sessions;
- Lunch and Coffee Breaks on September 18, 19 and 20;
- 1 Admission to Social Dinner on September 19.
- Conferences that take place in Italy are liable for Italian VAT as they are classified as 'services' under the applicable VAT legislation;
- The applicable VAT is charged at the Italian rate of 22% by the organizers of the conference;
- If you register as a Company and / or EU institution, you are requested to provide your VAT code and you will be invoiced by the organizers of the conference;
- Italian Institutions and companies subjected to VAT-exemption policies will not be charged VAT provided that they can prove their specific VAT-exemption status;
- Each accepted paper must be “covered” by one non-student rate registration in the name of one of the authors by July 21,2017.
- If registration is not received within the aforementioned deadline, the relevant paper will not be included in the Proceedings.
- Student registration will only be accepted after proof of your student status is sent to michela.nardi@fclassevents.com or faxed to +39 0586 349920;
- Each attendee must register separately;
- Registration payments must be received before the registration deadline for the relevant rate to be applied;
- 1-day conference registration fees are not available.
- Registration fees will be refunded only if cancellation is received in writing at michela.nardi@fclassevents.com before August 15, 2017;
- Cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee of Euro 50;
- No refund will be issued for cancellations received after the above date.

qualora la Sua iscrizione a questo congresso sia a carico del Suo ente pubblico, la preghiamo di seguire le seguenti modalita' di iscrizione.
Puo' procedere alla Sua iscrizione scegliendo Bonifico come modalita' di pagamento, non pagare la quota e a seguito della Sua avvenuta iscrizione di contattarci con un messaggio dedicato.
Per procedere con il pagamento della quota da parte del Suo Ente e' obbligatorio impegno scritto della PA(Pubblica Amministrazione) intestata a First Class, che dovra' fornirci i seguenti dati:

- Codice rif. Amm. (se previsto)
- Numero buono ordine (se previsto)
- Partita IVA
- Codice Fiscale
- CIG
- CUP
- NSO
